Formally part of Orchardleigh Estate, Brookover Farm was bought by Gary and Heather Collingwood in December 2006. Brookover Farm
is a detached period farmhouse constructed of stone elevations with a tiled roof and is date back to the 16th century. The property
is south facing with attractive gardens to both front and rear with beautifulviews where you can watch the river flow past and the
wildlife it attracts. As the brook runs over the farm – this is how the farm was named Brookover Farm.
The Farm is set back from the main road & situated in a peaceful and quiet area so this gives our visitors time to relax and have a
pleasant and peaceful stay and yet only 2 miles from the town centre of Frome.
The breakfast room (shown to the right) has an open fire which can be enjoyed by guests staying with us in the winter.
As a family run business which has sheep, dogs and horses and of course hens for the free range eggs for breakfast – our aim is for
all our guests to enjoy Brookover as much as we do during your stay with us and to take home fond memories. For those of you who are
more adventurous we can offer you riding lessons or a ride out around the farm.
